Registration

Submitting a registration form does not confirm availability nor participation on a tour. PacMoto Tours requires a $500 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for each rider/motorcycle and passenger. Registration is confirmed after availability is verified and the deposit is paid. The remaining tour balance must be paid 90 days prior to the start of the tour.

If you would like to protect your deposit and balance as well as other travel plans please consider trip interruption and travel insurance through your credit card or a third party.

Motorcycle rental within a guided motorcycle tour

PacMoto rental motorcycles are available through RIDERS SHARE. Rentals during guided tours are reserved for confirmed tour riders. All rental terms and conditions are provided through RIDERS SHARE.

Double Occupancy Policy

Those electing to register for double occupancy are receiving a discount in exchange for sharing a room with a roommate each night of the trip. In the event that a roommate does not materialize for you, you will be required to upgrade to single occupancy on the balance due date.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified below, all funds paid towards participation in a tour are nonrefundable. If you would like to protect your deposit and balance as well as other travel plans please consider trip interruption and travel insurance through your credit card or a third party. PacMoto Tours is not responsible for a participant’s inability to attend a tour due to any circumstance whether it be health, family or environmental.

If a tour is cancelled by PacMoto Tours ahead of departure due to a lack of participation, all deposits and balance payments are 100% transferable and refundable.

Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to info@pacmototours.com with more than 90 days notice before the tour start date will receive all refund of all funds paid, including the deposit.

Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to info@pacmototours.com with more than 60 days notice before the tour start date will receive all refund of all funds paid above the deposit. The deposit will be held as a credit to be used towards future tours or services with PacMoto Tours. This credit expires 24 months after the date on which the credit is issued and becomes nontransferable once applied.

Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to info@pacmototours.com with less than 60 days notice before the tour start date will forfeit the deposit as a cancellation fee. Any funds paid above and beyond the deposit amount will be held on file as a credit to be used towards future tours and services with PacMoto Tours. This credit expires 24 months after the date on which the credit is issued and becomes nontransferable once applied.

Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to info@pacmototours.com with less than 30 days notice before the tour start date will invoke the forfeiture of all funds paid as a cancellation fee.

PacMoto Tours reserves the right to cancel a participant’s participation in a tour if the participant is disruptive or putting themselves or others in harm’s way. No refund or credit will be issued.

Sales tax

Sales tax is not included and may apply to all tours originating in California.
